Courtyard By Marriott Gettysburg Hotel

Loved this hip new hotel: savoury food and decent staff. The property had exceptionally nice location near the downtown and the visitor center and the downtown area. Furthermore, close to the Gettysburg attractions.

I think for the price that some sort of breakfast should have been included.

The location is great and the hotel is clean.

The furniture with the exception of the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was drab with inadequate lighting.

I think Courtyards in general are over-priced for the product offered in most markets.

It is fairly new and appeared adequately clean, albeit inadequately furnished.

Customer satisfaction is not a high priority as the lack of amenities indicates. We've not in quite sometime lodged at a facility, that is >3 stars, that doesn't provide hair dryers, a microwave or even a plastic laundry bag. They also did not have information regarding their facility, locations, times such as pool hours or fitness room. The room was not equipped as was noted in our reservation and needed to be addressed. They would be wise to implement a good continental breakfast to improve their competitiveness with other facilities at a similar level.

1. first night, the bed had wrong size mattress pad & fitted sheet- neither wife or I got any sleep. Corrected for second night. 2. either Booked.net or Marriot website had misleading text about breakfast-it is a Starbucks & limited grill, at an additional cost.

great access to parks and historic landmarks

It was just a few steps from the Lincoln Statue at Wills House and less than a 5-minute walk to the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum.

The staff was friendly. The room was spotless. they have an indoor pool and fitness room. Easy access to Gettysburg town.

We didn't get the room we actually booked. They gave us a handicap room instead of the room with the sofabed. The mattress was too firm for my wife. For the price, it should have included a free breakfast like other hotels.

This place was a good match for a couple of nights in Gettysburg and value for price. The lobby is nice with a little restaurant where they bring your order to you.

The queen bed had depression in the middle. We would fall to middle throughout the night

The room was excellent but the halls were cold, room was clean & quiet. Check-in/out was smooth & easy. Good parking. Room Service was great.

We had trouble locating the coffee, etc. in the main lobby.

The pool area was decent actually got a bit of a workout running away from all the splashes and yelling kids and plus the staff was really helpful in getting us what we needed for breakfast

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what that's acceptable for the overall experience
